Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Trailer Mechanic to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in diagnostics and repair, particularly with Semi-Trailer systems. This role requires a hands-on approach to maintaining and repairing trailers, ensuring they are safe and operational for our clients. The Trailer Mechanic

will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing their technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical

issues.

Duties
-Responsible for reassembling equipment, repairing mechanical equipment. Perform routine maintenance

and repairs on trailers, including Air brake systems, wheel ends, air-ride suspensions, electrical, ABS.        
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Utilize tools to troubleshoot mechanical problems effectively.
- Able to use pneumatic tools - Weld components as needed for structural repairs or modifications.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand trailer systems and components.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

- Ability to follow schedules, instructions, wiring diagrams, maintenance guidelines, and other procedures

associated with the maintenance of trailer components.

Skills
- Proficient in Semi-Trailer diagnostics with experience in specialized trailer repair.
- Experience working as a service technician in a dealership or similar environment is preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Must have valid driver’s license

Must have own hand tools
